Root'd Careers presents

Careers Service Pop Up Project

This one-year pop-up initiative brings together employers, universities, and talent to co-create and test a bold new approach.

One Project. One Year. Three Events.

We’re reimagining how culture, professional growth, and learning spaces can fill the gaps left by traditional university systems. Over the course of one year, through three milestone events, we’ll co-create and test a new model built to reflect the realities of today’s students, graduates, and early career professionals.

How it works

Event 1: Pilot Launch - virtual
Kick-off the model, connect with early participants, and set the foundation.
Event 2: Mid-Year Impact
Our first in-person pop-up — live testing, real feedback.
Event 3: Scalable Impact
A bigger pop-up in a larger space with more participants — testing growth at scale.

Who is it for

Employers & Recruiters → connect with diverse talent & gain fresh insight.Universities & Career Services → explore new models.
Students & Graduates → access inclusive career support.
Professionals → gain fresh insights and opportunities for growth.

On the Day...

Learn. Network. Experience.
